FAQ
What about editing services not listed above, such as background cleanups, floor swaps, object removals, montages etc?
Many other editing services are available including the ones above! E-mail me to discuss your needs.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You will be given an estimate for the services requested, and that amount must be paid for services to begin. Any delay in payment will result in a delay in work being completed. Adjustments in project costs will be communicated to you immediately. Any costs above the estimate are due as the final payment before delivery of finished images.
How long does it take?
My goal is to provide most services back within 72 hours when possible. Editing times will vary with the amount of work requested, type of work, time of year, and current workload. You will receive an estimated time frame of completion with your cost estimate.
How do I begin working with you?
E-mail at info@sarahmariewebster.com with the details of the services you would like. Include the number of images, preferences on file types for the deliverables, project timeline or deadline, a link to your website and any other details you find relevant.
I will let you know an approximate timeline and a baseline estimate. In some scenarios, I will need to see the images prior to giving an estimate.
For high-volume projects, send over a sampling of images from the session(s) as RAW files via Wetransfer or Dropbox. For smaller projects, you can send over all the images. Where applicable, include presets and links to samples of what you would like your images to look like. (Example: Your black background style).
After the images have been reviewed, I will provide a formal estimate and invoice. Once the estimate has been approved and paid your work will begin and I will stay in communication throughout the project.
