Healthy and Safety During COVID-19
I Commit To
Monitor my own health and err on the side of caution to reschedule if I have any possible symptoms of the virus.
Take my temperature before leaving for each shoot.
Follow regional, provincial and federal COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
Limit my exposure to the public as much as possible.
Reschedule sessions for 14 days if I find I’ve been exposed to the virus.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all potential contact points including hands, gear, shoes, clothing and props.
Limiting portrait sessions to track our movement, thoroughly sanitize and clean clothing, shoes and props.
During Sessions We Will
Require prior consent from the barn owner that we may be present on the property for your session.
Maintain a 6ft minimum physical distance upon arrival and throughout your session.
No longer be able to physically assist you with your horse during your session or provide halters/lead ropes.
Sadly refrain from shaking your hand or giving end of session hugs.
Sanitize hands, gear and ear props before and after your session.
Require you to have 1-2 helpers who can be within your personal space to help with your horse, fix hair, place feet, etc.
Scheduling
I will have a liberal rescheduling policy where either of us can reschedule up to 2 hours before the shoot if there is a concern for safety.
I will also ask that clients reschedule if they are not feeling well, even if it is mild and also let me know if they become ill within a week after the session.
Portrait Ordering Sessions
I will also be doing all portrait ordering sessions online using Zoom to minimize face-to-face contact.
